These Terms of use regulate the manner in which one should use "AFEJA" website on various topics related to medicine, tourism, real estate, and other issues.

‘’Afeja’’ L.t.d. claims copyright on all its contents, and all of its solutions, programming code, database, graphics, and texts solutions. Site in whole, or in parts can not be copied, reproduced, transmitted, published, or distributed without the prior written approval from "AFEJA Ltd, except in the case of downloading information and textual material by members for their use.

Mutual rights and obligations of the organizers and members of the site, a way to become a member, prices and other issues will be regulated by special agreement. Company "AFEJA" plans and implements activities of the site, and coordinates work with the members.

Members of the site can present their offer, product, or a new program. They can find new business partners, and they can familirize themselves with the events organized by members, and other.

"AFEJA" site is available to all visitors and members based on the payed membership.

Members of "AFEJA" site can be physical or legal persons.

Organizer of the "AFEJA" site decides on acceptance or rejection of membership, as well on its termination. Organizer has the right to suspend membership when this terms are not followed, or when a fee is not payed, and when there are valid reasons.

Membership of the "AFEJA" site starts two days after the agreement is signed.

The membership fee is determined by special price list in accordance with the options.

Organizer keeps the right to change the price of membership fees, and informs a member about the change within 15 days. If the member fails to sign the agreement on the membership price change, membership will be terminated.

A member that fails to to comply with these rules looses membership status without refund. 

"AFEJA" site is open to cultural, decent, and well-intentioned communication.

In case of all opinions, and other texts that contain insults, offensive connotations or allusions, primitivism, belliting or rude and inappropriate words, organizer is authorized to delete it partially or completely, without any consultation with the authot or the text.

Please use the Serbian language, or English language for the English version of the site (international domain).

Use of offensive signature is forbidden.

Organizer of the site is not obliged to explain the reasons for the removal of messages, and reserves the right to terminate accounts of the members – users who violate these standards – rules.

All opinions and views of visitors and members of the AFEJA''''site, including opinions of administrators, organizers, members, editors and moderators of the AFEJA''''site reflect their individual opinions, and not opinions of the company 'Afeja''doo.

All opinions, advice and information published on AFEJA''''site are for informational purposes only (because of the specificity in the resolution of each issue), and it can’t be understood as a proven legal way to resolve a problem.

Company ''''AFEJA Ltd doesn’t bear any responsibility, and isn’t liable for any damages, lost benefits, or unfulfilled expectations which are result of the use of opinions or advice on this site, regardless of their origin, or the origin or type of damage.

AFEJA''''site indicates that only lawyers registered in the directory of the Bar Association are licensed to provide professional legal assistance, and recomends engagement of professional lawyers to adress the specific legal issues.

Advertising on the AFEJA''''site is allowed only for members that regulary pay dues, and have concluded a contract with the company ''AFEJA'', presuming that such advertising is in accordance with the Law of Advertising, and other special laws.

Ads that are not in accordance with the law and editorial policy will not be published.

Organizer reserves the right to change the ad. AFEJA''''site members are obligated to check the accuracy of articals and content of the ads when they are first posted.

Customer / Advertiser is resposible for the validity of the published ads, ownership of copyright for photographs, texts, drawings, design, etc., which are used in the ad, as well for the quality of goods or services that are advertised.

Organizer does not bear costs of eventually incurred damages due to undisclosed, false or wrongly published ad. Commended manuscripts, texts, drawings, photographs, etc. will not be returned.

All disputes that may arise are under the jurisdiction of the Cort of Belgrade, and positive regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
